End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By downloading, installing, or using the software described herein (henceforth referred to as "the Software"), you agree to be bound by the conditions of this agreement. Should you disagree with these terms, refrain from downloading, installing, or using the Software, and if already installed, uninstall it. This End User License Agreement ("the Agreement") constitutes a legal contract between you, the individual, and Cassandera Capital LTD (the rightful holder of all rights to the Software, whether exclusive or otherwise). Please read this document carefully before installing and using the Software. Your use of the Software signifies your acceptance and agreement to abide by these terms. Hidy VPN is proprietary software owned by Cassandera Capital LTD.

License Grant

Free License: Hidy VPN grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to download, install, and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in strict accordance with this Agreement. Paid License: Subject to the payment of applicable fees and continuous adherence to this Agreement's terms and conditions, Hidy VPN grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to download, install, and use the Software, strictly following this Agreement. Unauthorized Use: You commit to making reasonable efforts to prevent and protect the Software's content from unauthorized disclosure or use, employing at least the same degree of care as for your confidential information, but no less than a reasonable degree of care under the circumstances.

Ownership Rights

The Software is the intellectual property of Cassandera Capital LTD, safeguarded by copyright laws, international agreements, and other relevant laws of the country where the Software is utilized. The structure, organization, and code are considered valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Cassandera Capital LTD. Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Software may be retained and utilized by Cassandera Capital LTD in future products or services without compensation or approval. You are granted no rights or titles to the Software's intellectual property, except as explicitly stated in this Agreement. All rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, are reserved by Cassandera Capital LTD.

Restrictions

Restrictive Use: The Services must not be used in a manner that could harm, overload, impair our servers, or interfere with others' enjoyment of the Services. Unauthorized access to any part of the Services or information is strictly prohibited. Compliance with Laws: The Software must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and intellectual property rights in the jurisdictions of use. Limited Warranty Hidy VPN does not guarantee that the Software will meet all your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. This warranty only covers reproducible failures in the Software's standalone form and excludes modifications, misuse, or hardware/software-induced failures. AS IS Provision: Except as explicitly provided in this section, Hidy VPN is licensed to you "AS IS," without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Neither Cassandera Capital LTD nor any party involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the Services will be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of this Agreement or the inability to use the Services, regardless of prior advice about such potential damages. The total liability is limited to thirty dollars ($30) for all claims.

Third-Party Programs

The Software may include third-party programs governed by their own terms, which may feature open-source or free software licenses. This Agreement does not override or grant rights beyond those terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus, without reference to conflict of laws principles. You consent to the jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the complete and exclusive understanding between the parties, superseding all prior agreements regarding this subject matter.
